Notice:
- Cases supported as those that are covered by our "Product Support Policy".
- The email you use to contact us must be the same email you use when logging into our clients area.
- You must have a valid phpFox Product License.
- You must have a valid Support & Upgrade contract.
- If you have an issue where its related to the Admin Control Panel please provide your Admin login details so our staff can test it.
- If you have an issue in general with your site we ask for you to provide your FTP details to help solve the case in a timely manner.
- If you do not have a issue and only intend to ask questions about the features you do not have to send in your AdminCP or FTP login details.
- Please only submit one ticket per issue/case, if you submit multiple tickets they will be merged. This is to avoid confusion.
- The Support Department is closed during the weekends.
